Dispatch

As everything is handmade and produced in house we aim to dispatch within 7 business working days.

Shipping times are dependant on the shipping selected at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

We offer a full refund within 28 days if product is damaged or this is an issue with the products -provided it has not been used- we simply ask you return the product to us.

We will then provide a return shipping label
On receival of the return we will issue a full refund or a replacement if preferred.
